Wildlife Wonder Birthday Quick & Simple Card -

Do you need a masculine card or maybe for someone who loves the great outdoors? Then you’ll enjoy making this Wildlife Wonder Birthday Quick & Simple card. The artist at Stampin’ Up who created this stamp set did a wonderful job with these stamps. The stamped images have so much texture and movement to them.

This is a quick & simple card for when you need a card quickly. No die cutting at all. When I made the card I didn’t realize that the Adhesive-Backed Speckled Dots were retired. I listed some other good substitutions under supplies. Happy Stamping!

Card Directions

Fold Thick Basic White card base in half on score line, burnish with Bone Folder.
Adhere Neutrals DSP to card base with favorite adhesive.
Using the Wavy Trim Ribbon, about 17”, fold into thirds and adhere to card front with either Tear & Tape or Seal (I place Tear & Tape over the ribbon in two places to hold firmly in place).
Stamp greeting at top of Basic White 3-3/4” x 3-1/4” in Early Espresso Ink. Stamp bear underneath the greeting in Pecan Pie Ink and then the dirt/grass stamp in Mossy Meadow Ink. Adhere panel to Mossy Meadow Panel and then use Dimensionals to adhere to card front.
Add Embellishments to card front.
To complete the inside, stamp the sentiment in Mossy Meadow Ink onto a panel of Basic White Cardstock. Adhere a strip of DSP to left side of panel then adhere this panel to one of Mossy Meadow Cardstock. Tape or glue both panels to card inside.
Envelope is completed by Gluing a piece of DSP to Envelope flap. Trim off overhanging pieces.

Neutrals Designer Series Paper: 5-1/4” x 4” (front), 3/4” x 3-3/4” (inside), 6” x 2-1/4” (envelope flap)
