Santa Express Memories and Santa’s Delivery
This week I’m sharing cards I made using Stampin’ Up! Santa Express Memories & More Card pack. These are preprinted cards in two different sizes that are printed with cute scenes and/or words. They make card making simple and are perfect for last minute card making or just cute cards.
I also used the card bases and envelopes on two of the cards that went with the suite of products for Santa’s Express Suite but Stampin’ Up! is sold out of that one item. The Santa Delivery stamps and Santa Train Dies are still available as a bundle or separately. The Santa Express Memory Card Pack are available and is discounted under the LAST CHANCE category for Stampin’ Up! Hurry as it’s limited to supplies on hand. Other discounted products of this suite are the Santa Train Dies and Charming Landscapes Embossing Folders. The Santa Delivery stamps are regular price.
Since these are pretty simple cards I’m just going to give you some general directions. Please note that the finished size of the Santa Express card bases are 6-1/4” x 4-1/4”. The matching envelopes fit that card base size. I hope you enjoy these cards as much as I enjoyed making them.
Let’s Get Started
Santa Train Card
Start with one of the Shaded Spruce Santa Express Card Bases. With your favorite adhesive adhere the “let it snow” card panel from the Santa Express Memories & More card pack. Stamp your greeting in Shaded Spruce Ink onto White Cardstock and cut out with smallest Stitched so Sweet Die. Using your Santa Train Dies cut out a Santa in the engine from the Santa Express DSP and cut a Track out of Smoky Slate Cardstock. The “pole” was fussy cut from a piece of the Santa Express DSP. Glue the Track to card front and add the engine with Dimensionals. I used tape to add the pole and the greeting. Finish the inside with a saying of your choosing.
Happy Christmas Card
This cards was made with the Poppy Parade Santa Express Base with the multi colored dots on the front. All I did for this one was to adhere the Happy Christmas card from the Santa Express Memories & More card park to the card front and then added a saying to the card inside. I also added three silver Festive Pearls to the card front.
‘Let it Snow” Striped Card
I started with a piece of Basic White Cardstock 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”. Score at 4-1/4” and fold on score line, burnish with Bone Folder. Add panel, 4-1/4” x 5-1/2” of the striped Santa Express DSP to card front. Using the Santa Express Memories & More Card Pack, cut a “let it snow” panel so it’s 3” x 4”, (cut in half width and trim a 1/4” from the top or bottom of the panel). Adhere it to Mint Macaroon Cardstock 3-1/8” x 4-1/8”. Adhere to card front with Dimensionals. Fussy cut the trees, gifts and red/white pole out of the Santa Express DSP and adhere to card front with Glue Dots. Add Festive Pearls to card front. Stamp a saying on the card inside. Add a piece of matching DSP to Envelope Flap.
And now you have 3 beautiful cards to brighten someones Christmas.
