A Latte Love with Stampin’ Blend Coloring Card

Latte Love

Today is a sneak peek of the Little Latte Love Suite Collection. This is such a fun suite of products to work with. Lol, if a non-coffee person likes it, then it must be special.

On the Video I show you how to color the coffee cups using smoky slate to make an even darker shade of Boho Blue Ink. We also color with the Blender Blend. I hope you enjoy this card that you’ll be able to make come March 5th. Happy Stamping!

Card Directions

  1. Fold card base in half on score line, burnish with Bone Folder.
  2. Adhere A Little Latte Designer Series Paper to card base front.
  3. Crop a piece of Pecan Pie Cardstock with the 2nd largest Perennial Postage die. Stamp the bean cluster stamp in Pecan Pie Ink randomly around the panel then adhere to card front with Dimensionals.
  4. Using adhesive, adhere a 5-1/2” piece of Natural 3/8” Polka Dot Trim to card front across the pecan pie panel.
  5. Stamp the coffee cups in Boho Blue Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. After the ink has dried for a few minutes color with Light Smoky Slate and both Boho Blue Stampin’ Blends. See video to see how I used the Smoky Slate to give a different shade of blue to cups.
  6. Next, stamp top view coffee stamp in Pecan Pie Ink. For the narrow open cup stamp the narrow stamp in Pecan Pie Ink. Use the dark Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blend to color the white area on the inside of cups. Use Dimensionals to adhere cups to card front.
  7. Crop the spoon die out of Silver Foil and adhere to card front.
  8. The greeting is stamped onto Petal Pink Cardstock in Pecan Pie Ink. Adhere to card front with Seal.
  9. Add Adhesive-Backed Swirl Dot to card front.
  10. For the inside cut a panel of Basic White Cardstock with the 2nd largest Perennial Postage Die. Stamp with a spoon in Basic Grey Ink and the coffee beans in Early Espresso Ink. Color the spoon with the Smoky Slate Blends and the bean with the Pecan Pie Blends.
  11. Finish the envelope flap with a piece of Designer Series Paper.
