Botanical Layers Quick & Simple Easter Card -

Today I’m sharing a Botanical Layers Quick & Simple card with you. These two cards are made for two different occasions but with the same three colors. The embossing folders used are different for each card, are from the Basic 3D Embossing Folder trio that is an online exclusive. I have listed all supplies below for the two cards, directions colors are written for the Easter card.

Card Directions

Cut and score all cardstock and papers as listed under Cutting Directions below.
Fold Card Base on score line, burnish with Bone Folder.
Emboss the 4-1/8” x 5-3/8” Highland Heather Cardstock panel with Crosshatch Embossing Folder then adhere to card base front.
Stamp greeting in Highland Heather Ink in upper left corner of 3-1/2” x 4-3/4” Basic White Cardstock panel.
Using the long leaf stamp, stamp it in Parakeet Party ink on bottom center of White panel. Then stamp the smaller leaf stamp in Pool Party ink on the bottom on either side of parakeet party image. Stamp a second one on the right side center. Use the long leaf stamp again with Parakeet Party ink and stamp the ends along the left side and bottom of card to fill in white space.
Wrap a ribbon around the stamped panel and tie a bow, position as desired. Adhere to card front.
Embellishments for this card are the Tinsel Gems Three Pack.
The inside of card was completed by stamping sentiment in Parakeet Party Ink and the long leaf stamp in Pool Party Ink. Adhere to panel of Highland Heather Cardstock then adhere to inside of card.
For the envelope, stamp the leaf images in all three colors onto a piece of White Cardstock. Glue panel to envelope flap and trim edges.

Cutting Directions:

Basic White Thick: 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4” (card base)
Basic White: 3-1/2’ x 4-3/4” (image layer), 3-3/4” x 5” (inside), 6” x 2-1/2” (envelope flap)
Highland Heather/Parakeet Party: 4-1/8” x 5-3/8” (front embossed panel)
